Fraser Residence Orchard, Singapore

The pools were our favorite place to unwind, and the location was superb. We used the MRT every day to get around Singapore, and it was easy and very cheap, $1.30 per trip. Ion shopping mall is a short walk away, with great food halls and shopping. Singapore felt safe throughout, and the city is so clean, with wonderful people and a calmness even when it’s busy. We had an amazing nine-day holiday here during the formula 1. Our apartment was fabulous, and Para, our housekeeper, was a star. She looked after us so well and worked around our sleep-ins after late nights at the F1. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A 10/10 experience.

After ten months here, I’ve never regretted choosing this place. The team is professional, friendly, and very attentive. When I had mobility issues, they went all out to help me. There are two pools, a small but lovely gym, and an area with massage chairs and an unobstructed view of orchard road. That floor also has the sauna and steam room, and it’s a wonderfully relaxing place to spend a Sunday afternoon. The dining room is the one thing I’d improve. The food is so-so at best, and because the room is small, the kitchen smell gets everywhere. You could walk out smelling like bacon. Even so, it’s been a wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough.

We had a great time here. The location and facilities were excellent, especially the different swimming pools. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and Siva left our room spotless each day.

Every day at Fraser Residence Orchard, my family and I feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. From the front desk and breakfast service to maintenance and housekeeping, every team has been warm, professional, and attentive. We’d especially like to thank Siva from housekeeping. Whenever she comes to our apartment, she changes the bed linens, wipes the tables, vacuums, and mops with great attention to detail. She consistently leaves our home feeling fresh and comfortable, and that care makes a real difference to our daily life here. We’re deeply grateful for her work and for the outstanding service we’ve received during our stay.
