Heritage Collection on Pagoda - Mobile App Check-In

The service from Belle, Mary, and Jamie was fantastic. I booked at the last minute, just hours before travelling into Singapore, and got all the useful information right away, including updates directly from a real person. They let me arrive early and leave my luggage while the room was being prepared. Before the usual check-in time, they messaged to say it was ready and had moved my belongings into the room for me. That’s great customer service. Heritage Collection on Pagoda is right in the middle of Pagoda Street in Chinatown, surrounded by tea shops and restaurants. I felt safe the whole time. Just be aware there’s no elevator and quite a lot of stairs. The standard room is small but works well for one or two travellers. It was very clean and cozy, with a smart layout and clearly labelled switches so I knew which lights they controlled. This well organized hotel group really impressed me. If you want an affordable, clean, safe place to stay in Singapore and value customer service, these guys are hard to beat!

I was so tired after a long journey that I wished I could have stayed longer just to rest, but it was already time to go home. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and had everything we needed, especially a really comfortable bed. Chinatown is lively and impressive, and the location is fantastic. There was some evening noise, though it didn’t bother us.

Mary and Shannen were incredibly helpful with my luggage and moving between locations. The place is right in the middle of Chinatown, but inside it’s really quiet. 10/10, would recommend!

Really clean, which I loved, and the beds were comfy too. It’s a small, cozy place just outside the MRT exit, and the staff member on duty that day was friendly. Thanks, shannen Mary and yari. Worth the money, 10/10 recommend.
