Cayden Riverfront Residences

The location is handy, right above an MRT station and shopping mall, and the apartment was bright, roomy, and had a view. We didn’t use the kitchen or washing machine, but they were there, and the agent was quick to answer questions by text and help with check-in. For a stay longer than a couple of nights, the basics need attention. One dirty bedsheet, a hole in the bathroom ceiling, just one toilet roll for four people over three nights, and only two trash bins, so we used our bags for rubbish. The sofa beds were okay but dirty, and the four towels were all large, with no smaller ones. Fine for up to two nights.

The team and staff were really helpful, and the property was in great shape. Great service, too. It’s right above a train station and bus stop, so getting around was easy. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean and spacious, and the view was beautiful. Joshua gave us a clear, detailed introduction, and cayden helped make the stay a great experience. Thank you both.

The hotel asked us to cancel our reservation because they were overbooked. That was three weeks ago, and I still haven’t received the refund.
