Hotel 81 Spring

Whenever I come for a leisure break, I’m happy to stay at this hotel. The room is very clean after housekeeping, and Mr. Amirul is the staff member who cleans it. Mr Fazri is especially helpful and friendly, and makes me feel at home. I hope management recognizes and rewards both of them for their excellent service. They’re a real asset to hotel 81.

The room was good, but the air conditioning needs attention. It’s not cold at times, although some rooms do have good air conditioning. I also like the front desk service from Fazri. He’s approachable and explained clearly that he accepts bookings for any day except Sunday.

We’ve stayed at a few Hotel 81 branches and keep choosing the chain because the employees provide good service. Today I spoke with front desk Fazri, and he answered all my questions attentively and hospitably. Since we’re extending our stay, he also sent room attendant Amirul to clean the room. I’m very happy with Fazri’s service and proud of him. Well done!!

I have a short staycation here twice every week, and the service always makes me feel welcome. Mr fazri at reception is a good person and provides very good customer service. The room I was given was spacious, with a high ceiling.
