The shared shower and toilet mean the bathroom stays wet. Rooms are small and can feel claustrophobic, and the advertised photos make them look better. Still, the place is well run and located near Harborfront, VivoCity malls, and Sentosa island. I'd say it's for solo travelers or couples with light luggage on a budget. North American travelers used to more space probably won't enjoy it.

The service deserves 100000/10. The staff had lovely smiles and were amazing, accommodating people. Transport gets 10/10 too, with a bus station and MRT station nearby and an easy Grab pickup and drop-off point. For cleanliness, I'd give it 8/10. Our first room had bed bugs, but I'm glad they could move us to a cleaner room. It felt like a one in a million experience, and the hotel overall was very clean.

A good option for a short visit, especially with the excellent location near transport and attractions. The rooms are small but laid out well, with a comfy bed, flat screen TV, work space, and fitted cabinets. There's no bidet, though the shower head is placed conveniently enough to use instead.

I booked through Agoda with free cancellation available until 12/21 Singapore time. Our flight was cancelled on 12/22 because of service issues, something outside our control, so I asked to cancel and waive the fee. Ibis turned down the free cancellation request two days before the booking itself. That seems insane to me. Unless you can get free cancellation within 24 hours, don't book here, or this greedy hotel will charge full price.
