Mr. Elvin was already helping us before we booked, replying to emails and checking that our needs for traveling with an infant could be met. The Hotel Manager was also very thoughtful and let us check out late because our flight was in the evening. We really appreciated that level of care. Hotel 81 Osaka made our Singapore trip easy. It was close to Outram Park MRT and bus stops, so getting around was simple. The room was spotless, which mattered a lot with a baby. We were very glad we chose it and highly recommend it for the cleanliness, location, and kind service.

It was quiet around Hotel Osaka 81, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all kind, so I had a relaxing stay and would come back. Tiong Bahru Bakery is nearby too.

Marcus Jacky was a big help in adjusting our check-in and checkout times to fit our needs. The location also gives easy access to the MRT. We had a nice stay.

The room's internet was almost unusable, and I couldn't adjust the air conditioning myself. I had to call the hotel service desk repeatedly for help. After the room had been cleaned for five hours, no one had attended to it. The front desk said the staff were eating. Service and hygiene were poor. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Singapore.

The room was a decent size, and I slept well. The staff were friendly and really nice. I enjoyed the stay, which was better than I expected from reading the reviews. ☺️
