The front desk was welcoming, and Tian was attentive, answered my questions, and even offered me a bottle of water before I went out for the day. The room was just the right size, even with six pieces of luggage, and the bathroom was clean. Little touches like slippers and bathroom amenities made my stopover pleasant. It’s a great mid-range hotel, and your wallet will thank you. The MRT is a 3-minute walk away, and it was an easy 20-minute walk to Takashimaya mall and 5 minutes to Plaza Singapore mall. It’s also easy to get around by taxi or MRT. At 200$ cad a night in the Orchard area, it’s a steal. I highly recommend it.

I had a really nice stay at Ji Hotel during my trip. It’s very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut Station, with Plaza Singapura right across the street and everything I needed there. The staff were friendly and spoke both English and Mandarin, which made things easier. My room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh. I’ll definitely stay with them again.

I wasn’t staying at the hotel, but after I lost my wallet, Tiam and Rajpreet helped me get it back. Nothing was missing: all the cards were there and so was the cash. Their honesty and professional customer service deserve recognition. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Getting around was easy, with Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Plaza Singapura both within walking distance. The room was modern, very clean, and had a calm minimalist feel. A comfortable, hassle-free place to stay.
