The buffet breakfast had a good range of choices, and staff were very helpful. The manager also included the perks I’d asked for. Rooms are huge, though dated, and could use USB and desktop chargers as well as better coffee makers. Modern Mall is next door, with groceries, Starbucks and clothing shops, and the Danube runs by the hotel. Parking is expensive. It’s definitely a great place to stay.

The staff made my stay especially lovely. At breakfast, Yunni was warm, attentive and very professional, making each morning feel easy and welcoming. Simona was always smiling and cordial, with such positive energy. Eleni at reception was kind, helpful and efficient, so everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Their genuine hospitality really mattered. Thank you all!

The staff were friendly, and the location was great. The room felt a little old-fashioned, but the convenient setting and good service made up for it. They recognized my Platinum Elite status and upgraded my room.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Hotel, with comfort, service and the whole experience all being excellent. A special thank you to the team, especially Simona in the breakfast area. She’s attentive, kind and truly cares about guests, and made a big positive difference to our stay. 👍❤️

Eurovea is an upscale shopping and business complex along the Danube, and the hotel is right there, with the old town just a short walk away. It’s a great location for seeing Bratislava, and the property feels like new. Staff were friendly and amazing throughout, and the food was great, including the morning buffet. My Bonvoy status came with some perks, but this hotel is a gem and I’d stay here even without the Marriott Bonvoy program. Highly recommended.
