The place looks appealing, and $15 gets you access to the pools with the beach just a walk away. But we arrived at 12, ordered food, and went to the beach to pass the time. An hour later, they told us nearly half the order wasn't available. It took two hours in total for the food to come, and parts of my order were still missing. They don't allow you to bring in food, even though their own service is so slow. Customer service was horrible. NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to have a good time.

The beach is right in front, and there was always a hammock available. We had a great time here, with attentive staff and good food. The bathroom was clean, parking was spacious, and the pool was nice. One of the highlights of my El Cuco trip, and I’ll definitely come back.

The beach access was the best part, five stars. You can order food from town and have it brought to you while you're in a hammock. If the tide is low, the Ramada will drive over the sand to deliver it; otherwise, access from the Cuco Park will be closed. The resort's own menu needs an urgent upgrade, one star. No pupusas? The rooms need better cleaning and the bathrooms need upgrades, also one star. The pools need daily maintenance. We occupied 95 percent of the rooms for three days, and I didn't get to use a pool. Pools, one star. Golden beer was the one good price, four stars. It's a very typical spot, but the owner needs to take better care of it.

We came for the day pass and found the place really peaceful and quiet. I can't comment on the rooms.
