The patio door wouldn't lock, and you can hear everything and everyone from the room. There was no hot water in the shower, and no drinking water, fridge, or closet in the room. The continental breakfast felt more like a sample of leftovers. Customer service was great, though, and I feel for the front office staff trying to keep guests happy. With multiple locations, they still can't keep one up to the standard international visitors expect. Management must be greedy. Give the front desk a raise!

The receptionist was very friendly and helped make the stay worthwhile. The manager, not so much. The stay itself was okay, but I think you get better value elsewhere. It wasn't quiet at night, since I could hear the neighboring rooms and outside noise. Breakfast was continental only, with no coffee in the mornings. There's no wardrobe, hair dryer, or iron in the room, though you can ask for them.

The bedroom and hotel were nice, and the customer service was outstanding. The big problem was the lack of parking spaces for customers. After a long day, my husband and I had to wait almost half an hour to get parked, which wasn't good. Everything else was really good.

This feels more like a 2-star hotel than a 3-star one. The room had no hair dryer, wardrobe, drawers, or desk to work at. When we arrived and asked to upgrade for our two-night stay, they wanted $150. The booking said breakfast was included, but it was continental, and cooked food cost extra. There was no coffee at breakfast the first morning. The next morning I asked at the bar and got a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee for $3.30. After checkout, I got a WhatsApp message saying they'd charge us $200 because they thought the room smelled of smoke. We don't even smoke! It felt like another way to make extra money. Stay away from this hotel.
