The staff were really friendly and ready to help, and check-in was smooth. Reception is open 24 hours, which is handy for late arrivals or early departures. It's a good choice for a simple, hassle-free stay. ABC HA Hotel provides rooms only, but they're clean, comfortable and well maintained. Standard check-in is at 2 PM and checkout at 12 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, there's an extra charge of 500 Thai Baht.

We spent a week here with family, and the staff were so helpful. When we came back soaked from the rain, they lent us small towels to dry off. We asked for one but they gave us two, even though there were three of us. We were also able to leave our belongings safely in the lobby after checking out at 12.30 pm. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm. We arrived at noon and were asked to wait, but it was hot outside and we were tired. Since the room was ready at 1 pm, they let us go in then. The staff always greeted us and the service was very satisfying. The room could use a closet for clothes, and the only mirror was in the bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable, and the shower and bidet had strong water flow. It didn't feel damp or smell of cigarettes. The room is quite small, with nowhere to open a suitcase, and you can hear guests talking in other rooms. Some people were noisy until 4 am while I was trying to rest, which was pretty disturbing. I also saw one cockroach outside my room door.

Dear, as we discussed, I booked two rooms on 28-07 last month, next to each other, and you confirmed that arrangement. But when my friends arrived today, one room was on the ground floor and the other on the 5th floor. Why? I thought you'd keep your word. If you were just going to assign whichever rooms were available, why did I go there at night to book them? This was really disappointing and unsatisfactory. I paid the full amount on the day I booked, but the hotel acted so irresponsibly. First and last time at your reckless hotel.
