I was having stomach trouble, and luckily, or maybe unluckily, my cab got stuck in traffic right beside this hotel. I asked the driver to stop so I could buy a drink or food there and use the bathroom. The bellman seemed nice at first, but when I asked where the toilet was, he got grouchy and waved me away with his hand right in front of my face. I tried explaining that I just needed the bathroom quickly and would buy something afterward, but he ignored me and kept trying to get me out of the lobby. The receptionist joined in and was just as rude instead of hearing me out. I'm a tourist who needed help. I understand if using the bathroom was against their policy, but no one should be treated and embarrassed like that. Worst hotel experience ever. The staff were the rudest I've encountered in my life. Don't support this hotel.

The room was fine, and the service was okay until I got to the bathroom, where water from the shower flashed out. The hotel charges more than others and couldn't even offer Wi-Fi. I hope this review helps them change how they run the business.

My friends and I have stayed there several times, and we love it. The staff are polite, and the location is perfect, just a few steps from the luxury department store Central embassy. Really worth staying!

The staff were very kind, and the hotel was a little old but clean. It's close to the road, but public transport isn't that convenient, even though the nearest Sky train station is about 400 m away. Some rooms have problems with the electronic key cards. Sometimes the doors connecting the car park to the hotel on the upper level don't open, so you have to go down from the car park to the first floor to get inside.

The elevator doors close very fast, so be careful. The staff were impolite, and everything else was terrible and dirty. Probably the worst hotel I've been to in Bangkok. Never coming back.
