I spent a night here with my kids. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The lift was being maintained during our stay, but luckily the staff helped us carry our luggage upstairs.

The location is perfect and the staff are friendly, but I felt really bad about my decision to book two nights. The room was a real shock: it was noisy and, for me, very unclean, with lots of little monsters as other people mentioned. I can't recommend it, and I'm sorry because I feel bad saying that. The pictures make it look so clean and beautiful, but in reality it wasn't clean at all. I hope they can improve this.

I paid 60 USD for the family room at the top. The room was big, and the small, quirky hotel has a lot of potential. Its location is hard to beat, right beside Phayathai station for the airport express and sky train. Still, the trains made a lot of noise, and the room felt a bit grubby and rough around the edges. I thought it was expensive. Given the room condition and noise, I'd only pay around 40 USD for this place.

The staff were friendly, though they were often away from the desk. The bedrooms are very small, but they match what was shown. The air conditioning was really strong and took over the room when it was on, but with it off the room became too hot. There was no insulation in the window, and the hotel is by a very busy road, so sleeping was difficult. The bathroom had a really strong smell, as if the water hadn't been turned on for a long time, and the water pressure was very low.
