Azure Hostel feels like a grandmother’s house, and the two owners are pure kindness. The homemade breakfast was excellent. I stayed in a dorm, where the bed was very comfortable and had a proper door you could close, not just a curtain. I highly recommend it, and I’d come back if I return to Bangkok.

Mary, the owner, is honestly the sweetest Thai lady I’ve ever met. Staying here really feels like being at your grandma’s. Our private room was gorgeous, with a Thai neon sign, and all the little details were just right. Their manager dolf was amazing too. They’d do anything to make your stay great. Free bottled water and towels are provided. We love you, Mary and dolf 🫶

The beds are private and come with plenty of storage, a charging point, shelf, and light. Staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast and bottled water were free. When I stayed on 31/12/18, the hostel was basically brand new, and the price was very cheap for what you got. The only downside was that the showers only had cold water.

The location worked well, near Khaos rd, local food places, and everyday shops, with a 7 eleven on one corner and a bank/exchange on the other. It was a good price for a first Bangkok stay, with free water and a light breakfast included. The staff were nice, the interior was thoughtfully decorated, especially in the bistrot, and the showers and WC were great. It’s still new, so many tour carriers don’t recognize the place. Be sure to specify it when arranging a pickup.

Very clean and comfortable, and they thoughtfully keep cold bottled water available for free. I’d recommend it for anyone exploring Bangkok’s old town.
