The room was spotless and looked after really well, and the place felt safe, comfortable, and organized. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help. I had a great time here and really appreciated the warm atmosphere and service. I’d stay again and recommend it.

For my marathon night, this place worked perfectly. The room was clean, compact, and had what I needed for a short sightseeing stay. It’s great value and comfortable, though I’d only want to spend a couple of days in a room this small, especially without a wardrobe. The one thing I took a star off for was the canal outside. It’s filthy, smelly, and full of rubbish. That’s probably not the owner’s fault, but it needs saying.

Khao Sarn road is only a five-minute walk away, and many Bangkok attractions are within walking distance too. The rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and very pleasant, while the place itself was quiet. Great value, and an amazing spot to stay.
