Centre Point Hotel Chidlom Bangkok

We had a very comfortable five-night stay in a family suite, with excellent space. I loved the bidet toilet, too. The hotel does feel a bit dated, though. The corridor outside the rooms was dull and a little creepy, and the air-conditioning compressor outside our room made some noise. The staff were warm and attentive, always greeting us when they saw us, and the complimentary tuk-tuk was a great touch. We didn’t know about it at first, so we ended up carrying our luggage and walking about 700 metres from the BTS. Free coffee and drinks in the lobby were much appreciated as well. Comfortable stay and great service.

Our room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, Ms Orn & Ms Gigee, who surprised us with creative towel animals. Such a personal, thoughtful touch and a lovely example of excellent customer service.

There were three of us, and it was great that we each had our own bed. The rooms are a little dated but spacious, and the common areas are nice. The pool uses salt water. There’s also a Library Room where you can work or study, and the free tuktuk is really helpful.

We were able to get to almost everything in 5-20 minutes, and our deluxe zensation room was quiet, which helped us get good rest after walking around Bangkok. We stayed five nights, and the whole experience was 10/10. The room was clean, very spacious, well maintained, and had a big fridge, microwave, and induction cooker that came in very handy. Huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff. They kept everything squeaky clean and tidy, so it felt like checking into a new room every evening 🤩🤩. Please keep this level of service going, as maintenance matters. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Centre-Point Chidlom.
