The location is handy, close to Nana plaza, with street food, restaurants and a 7-11 just around the corner. I expected lots of noise there, but it was actually quiet. The staff seemed friendly, and they left complimentary water in the small fridge every day. The room itself was tiny, the bed could’ve been much more comfortable, and the TV was dated. There’s no closet or safe. For what I paid, I expected a little more.

I could check in after arriving in Bangkok at 2 am, which was a big plus. The rooms were clean, and they changed the bedding and towels each day and brought the usual two free water bottles. They’re comfortable, with a lift and a small bath in the washroom. Since it’s right by Soi Nana, it’s well placed if you’re here for Bangkok nightlife. It stays fairly noisy until 2 or 3 am, though. Not good for children: rooms on the ground floor are rented out for short-time experiences, and I’m sure you wouldn’t want your children exposed to that.

The people at this short-time hotel were unfriendly. When I came out of the room 10 minutes after the due time, they showed no understanding over a small matter. It seemed not to matter whether you were a regular or a potential customer, and I saw them treat other people the same way. The boss and staff don’t seem interested in connecting with people. They take your money and that’s it.

I picked this hotel for its spot in the heart of soi nana and its buzzing nightlife, but it’s tucked into a little side alley, so it’s a bit quieter. The BTS is a comfortable seven-minute walk, and a 7-11 sits 20 metres from the hotel at the soi nana corner. My room on the 4th floor faced the alley and was really nice and clean.
