FX Hotel Nana

Housekeeper Koi is lovely and always ready to help when needed. This place worked well for an efficient stay while I was visiting Bumrungrad Hospital.

The rooms aren't luxurious, but they have proper windows and even balconies. The hotel is good and the location is convenient enough. It's not right by all the attractions, though they're not too far away. Mountain Church is within walking distance, and Long Son is a walk from there.

I was unsure about booking after reading several reviews that mentioned rude staff, but nobody was rude to me. Maybe that issue has been sorted out. The room was very clean and felt fresh and modern, like it had been renovated or built recently. There were no bad smells. It didn't have a microwave, which I actually liked because it may help keep the room feeling fresh. There was no tableware or cutlery, though, which could be inconvenient. Breakfast came in plastic containers with disposable cutlery, so it created a lot of plastic waste. More sustainable options would be nice. The location was a highlight. It's almost in the city centre, with major attractions easy to reach, but the area was surprisingly peaceful, with no traffic noise or other loud disturbances. A large hospital is nearby, and supermarkets and other essentials are within walking distance. We stayed four nights and didn't use the laundry service. There's no washing machine in the hotel itself. Laundry facilities are in a neighboring parking area, and it wasn't clear whether it was self-service or handled by staff, so we didn't try it. Looking back, a nearby laundromat may have been more convenient. The rooms were cleaned daily and kept in good shape. Breakfast was forgotten one morning, but a quick call to reception fixed it right away. I recommend the place for its cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and location.

BUALAR on the 4th floor is the best housekeeper ever. She cleans so well.
