Honey Place Guesthouse

I slept really well here. It’s close to Khao San rd, but far enough away to stay quiet. I had a clean double room with A/C and a fan, and used a shared toilet. The reception was lovely.

The owners were so sweet and pleasant, and the location was really convenient. My room was cozy, and the bathroom was always clean. Wishing this place the best 🫶🏼🍯

It’s a cozy, clean and cheap place for a couple of days, with welcoming, communicative staff. They offer free tea, coffee and cookies, and ask guests to leave their shoes in the lobby, which gives it a home-like feel. Shops, restaurants, a market and street food are all nearby. The downside was how much sound carried. We could hear people talking outside and even someone blowing their nose in the shared bathroom. Our first-floor window had styrofoam instead of glass, so I wouldn’t choose it for a couple or anyone wanting privacy.

The host lady was cheerful and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The old wooden floor does squeak, but it’s still a really nice place to stay. Five stars, no doubt.
