The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a cozy, welcoming feel. Staff were friendly and glad to help. It's good value and well located. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone after a peaceful, pleasant stay.

The room was okay, but traffic noise was a problem, and the beds were so firm that I wasn't comfortable. Staff were helpful, though they didn't speak much English. They let me leave my luggage for the day, which was convenient. Getting to and from the airport is easy because ARL is close by. It's farther from the center, but Central world and nearby markets are well placed.

While we were staying at Kim Hotel Morelang, someone opened our bag in the room and USD 100 went missing. That's completely unacceptable, and it left us feeling the hotel wasn't safe. We reported it, but staff showed no real concern or sense of responsibility. There was no serious investigation, reassurance or solution. A hotel should offer basic security and trust, and this one failed us badly. I strongly advise travelers to avoid it if their belongings and peace of mind matter.
