Ladda​ Place​

We came as a group with a booking for that day, but they told us they were full. They didn't help me get a refund through Agoda. The pool was empty too...

We had a booking for six people, but they said they were overbooked and turned us away. Very bad management. I don't recommend this place. I've never experienced such poor hotel management.

I booked online and arrived at 1 a.m. needing somewhere to sleep, but they said they were overbooked. I'm still trying to get my money back. Awful service.

There was at least air conditioning, but the room didn't look anything like the cover photo, and I woke up with an itchy nose. We paid 500 a night, which is outrageous when even 200 would feel like too much for this place. The room was dirty: old cigarettes in the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel bottles left around, a half-empty water bottle on the balcony, and an old cleaning rag tucked in a cabinet. Used tissues were left for guests, too. There wasn't even a bin, TV, fridge, or hot water. We booked and paid through Agoda, then arrived to hear that almost all the rooms were full. We couldn't understand how that was possible after confirming the reservation. It turned out they had no online system or front desk, so people booking on the website weren't told what was going on. I feel bad for both Thai and foreign guests who end up here. Please improve this place.
