Lemontea hotel

We stayed five nights, and the room was much bigger than I expected after staying in hotels in Europe. It felt like really good value. The hotel and rooms were clean, and we could request daily cleaning and fresh towels. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they served iced lemon tea when we arrived. I could have happily had more. There’s no food at the hotel, but a 7-11 is next door and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, including an affordable Chinese restaurant almost opposite. Pratunam is a great area for a budget stay in Bangkok. The only drawback for us was that neither the BTS nor MRT was a quick walk away. With four of us, taking Grab or Bolt around the city was more convenient.

Central World is close enough to walk to, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby along with a night market. I was visiting Bangkok for the first time and found the staff at Lemontea Hotel especially friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It made for a pleasant stay and an enjoyable visit.

The shower had a steady flow of hot and cold water, the AC was cold, and room service was great. They even provided sandals and water, which was a big plus for me. The rooms were cozy with an adequate TV, and the welcome from the staff was nice. One privacy issue: the toilets don’t have locks. The location is good, though not ideal for getting around on foot. Still, it’s a solid hotel for tourists looking for somewhere to stay.

We felt secure here, especially with a key needed to use the elevator, and we really liked the hotel’s smell. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious, with a heater, fridge, and small balcony. We stayed four nights, and the location was very handy for Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, and 7/11. The nearest BRT was about a 16-minute walk. I’d book here again when I’m in Bangkok.
