The reception and staff were extremely rude. They yelled at us and wouldn’t communicate, especially the blonde woman with bleached hair. Her attitude was ridiculous. We interrupted the drama she was watching on her iPad instead of her doing her job. When we checked out, the same woman grabbed the keys and went to inspect the room without saying anything or asking us to wait. The room was uncomfortable too. The pictures were outdated and misleading, the shower had no screen so water went everywhere, and the old bed sagged into the middle with springs pressing into my back. Motorbikes and scooters could be heard all night because the place isn’t soundproof. Don’t expect extras either: they charge for pillows and toilet paper. One of the worst nights I’ve had. Stay away!

I stayed 15 days and paid 1,100THB a day, then had to leave with almost no notice because reception had taken another booking. They told me on the last morning I had to check out. I was completely unprepared and wasted my working day finding a new room, then had to move the next morning. Absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend this place, and it’s super overrated. The noise was awful, like sleeping on the street. Thin walls and ceilings let in the neighbors’ dogs barking every morning and evening. The shower was broken and I had to fix it myself. The microwave broke too, and nothing happened when I asked for help. The receptionists and doormen were unfriendly and moody. The doormen seemed lazy and unpleasant when welcoming customers, and frowned almost all the time. Those people barely talked, and I don’t know if they can communicate properly anyway. The maids were the only group with manners who were quite kind.

We had a great stay and I’d like to come back. I loved the rooms and the cleaning staff, and the front desk people were nice too. I also liked seeing the kids playing outside.

The location is good, right in the center of Bangkok. There are lots of high-end shopping malls, tasty restaurants all around, and nearby landmarks are easy to reach.
