Maison Stay Bangkok

I've stayed here and at the main hotel every year I visit this wonderful city. This time I was here for about three weeks. The staff, from the guards to the maids and everyone in between, are the best. I started on the fifth floor, but pigeons kept hooting so loudly it sounded like they were in the room. I thought it might just be birds at first, but after being woken at 6:30am three mornings in a row, I went to reception. The wonderful staff moved me down to the third floor straight away, and the noise stopped. Please do something about the pigeons! The only other thing I'd change is the pillows. There are four thick ones, two large and two small, and the two smaller ones leave my neck feeling awful. The softer, less thick and stiff pillows from the main hotel would be much appreciated. Maybe they'd swap them if asked. Otherwise, the whole experience was wonderful. Thanks to the staff.
