There’s a small shop on the premises with a good stock, and the location is handy for Seacon square, Rod Fai market, and plenty of other malls. The downside is the fairly long soi, so it’s a walk to the main road to get a taxi or van. Luckily, they have a tuk-tuk on site that can take you to the main road. The rooms are nice.

It’s an okay place to stay, and getting out of the soi is pretty convenient.

I can hear building management gossiping about residents with the cleaning staff. I’ve overheard them several times, and the cleaners are very loud too. Our apartment is at the end of the hall on the 6th or 7th floor, but I can hear them carrying on from the stairs on the 3rd or 4th floor. It really is that loud, and they show no consideration for residents. Please watch your behavior and language. We pay to live here, we’re not staying for free. Keep the sharp tongue and smug smile to yourself. If you aren’t ready for the job, don’t be on the building management team. Who’d want to live somewhere like this if they’re uncomfortable here? Walls have ears and doors have eyes. Don’t assume your gossiping and badmouthing people won’t get back to you.

It’s in a convenient spot, close to restaurants and attractions, and the place feels safe. The caretaker used to be very kind. Now, in 2025, the old caretaker has passed away, and the new one doesn’t seem welcoming. When customers ask questions, they just play on their phone and seem grumpy.
