We only had to put up with it for one night, which was manageable, but I'd say this place is okay only if you're on a budget. The location in the middle of Sukhumvit is good. The room was extremely small and dim, with no windows, and there weren't any windows elsewhere in the property either. It felt a little suffocating. The bathroom had neither a lock nor ventilation.

The room and the rest of the place were clean, comfortable, and well kept. It's a good value for the price, especially with the BTS station just a 1-2 minute walk away and a convenience store close by. Getting around Bangkok was easy from here, and I'd call it a dependable hotel option.

The male security guard is very nice, always opening the door and greeting guests. The female receptionist, though, seems irritated all the time, speaks rudely, and often raises her voice. She doesn't smile, and I don't think she's suited to working at the front desk. She should be warned.

The location gets an A+. The bed was better than average, and 1500 baht a day would be a good price. The building layout is odd, with no usable windows. I asked for a quiet room but got one on a high floor facing the road. There was some noise, though it wasn't too bad up there.

For a budget-friendly little hotel, the location and price make it an appealing Bangkok stay, and the staff are super friendly. My room had no windows, unfortunately, and Sukhumvit traffic can make things a bit noisy.
