I booked and paid for a room online through Agoda, and Agoda accepted the booking. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to honor it, saying the name on my email didn't match my passport. I showed the Agoda receipt, but that didn't change his mind. Agoda couldn't resolve it when I contacted them. The receptionist said he'd accept the booking if I paid an extra 200. Very bad.

There wasn't even soap or water in the room, and there was no Wi-Fi there either. The place was unclean, very dirty, and smelled bad. It was absolutely not worth the price, and I can't recommend this hotel at all.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. The rooms and service were both very bad. I paid 3100 Indian rupees for two lights through the ixigo app. For that money, you can find much better rooms at hotels managed by Thai people. This is an Indian hotel with really bad rooms and service. Not recommended at all.
