The suite was spacious and nicely designed, with good soundproofing and a very comfortable bed. We slept really well, and the Le Labo amenities were a lovely extra. There is a construction site across from the hotel, though it isn't built up yet and didn't really block the view. We loved breakfast. The buffet had good options, and the à la carte dishes were made to order. Room service was fabulous as well, the food was good and didn't seem wildly overpriced. We came to Thailand for my fiancée's 30th birthday, after staying at Hyatt regency koh samui the week before, so we had high expectations for a Park Hyatt in a higher category. Pauline made a great first impression at our easy, quick check-in. We arrived around 10am and the room wasn't ready, so we relaxed by the pool. Around noon Pauline came over herself with the key cards and let us know it was ready. She kept greeting us warmly and chatting with us throughout the stay. It was lovely to speak Cantonese with her, and great to see such a diverse staff. If the GM reads this, please give her a raise 😂 We had planned to do the johnnie walker blue label masterclass, but my fiancée wasn't feeling well, so we couldn't go. We'll definitely be back to Park Hyatt when we're in Bangkok again and do it next time.

The location is brilliant. Take the elevator down to the 6th floor and you're right in a beautiful mall. That floor has a great dining scene, with places to eat, read, see a Vernissage, and enjoy live music. It feels distinguished, nothing like an ordinary food court. The other floors have high-end shops like Hermes, LV, Dior, and Prada. We had a beautiful suite, and breakfast was one of the best I've had at a park hyatt. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well located. Our suite had electronic controls for the shades, lights, and other things. The facilities are great, and I'd still recommend staying here, but the service was below average despite their efforts. At arrival, they said we wouldn't get a room until 5-6pm, even though check-in is by 3pm. I had to push back to get the usual check-in time. They treated me like an inexperienced tourist they could take advantage of, until I explained that this wasn't acceptable for a 2 Michelin key hotel. Later, after we ordered room service, they took away the food while we were out before we had a chance to finish it. At another point, someone came in to deliver something without knocking. That could have been bad, but fortunately nobody was changing. I can't fault them too much, but the hospitality needs work.

Breakfast was a highlight of our four days at Park Hyatt Bangkok. The food quality and range were wonderful, arguably among the best we've had. Our room was spacious, beautifully detailed, and modern. It felt like a quiet retreat from the busy city below. Every staff member we met was professional and attentive, and did more than expected to make us comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

We got an early check-in, and the reception staff were warm from our first interaction. After we went out later, housekeeping put everything back in order, so the room looked just as it had when we first checked in. That was impressive. The room was spacious with a spectacular view, and the hotel's connection to a luxury mall makes the location excellent. Highly recommended, and I'd stay here again for sure.
