The nearly 40,000 baht shown on Booking.com turned out to be just the base price for a month. Wi-Fi in the room, cleaning at 3,500B, water at 450B, electricity, and even gas all cost extra, bringing the total close to 50,000 baht for a dated serviced apartment. I felt misled by the decent-looking price and thought the deal was a rip-off. Thankfully, I had booked with free cancellation and was able to get out of it.

I came with my daughter for WSC and stayed seven nights. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and water. The location was perfect, and both the price and service were great. Highly recommend!

You can stay at Hotel P.T. Court for a night or as long as a year. It works as a serviced apartment, with one or two bedrooms, a kitchen and utensils, a living room with a Thai TV, and a bathroom with a separate shower area. There are plenty of restaurants and street vendors close by, plus Victory Monument BTS Station.
