When I bring my dog to Bangkok, this is my regular hotel. The place is pet-friendly and easy to manage with a dog, and the welcoming lobby is a nice touch. The bright, roomy rooms have balconies, comfortable beds, and there’s an elevator too. It’s right by the river and has everything I look for in a hotel. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean, but they smelled strongly of feces everywhere. The sewage wasn’t backing up, but the smell and the reception staff made this a terrible stay. They were unpleasant, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. My wife uses a wheelchair after a stroke, and we’d just driven 600 km. I asked for our room key so she could use the bathroom. I’d already paid online and they had my reservation. They kept saying, “Yes sir,” but made us wait another 40 minutes, despite my asking several times. She ended up wetting herself. I was furious, especially when the two staff members, a man and a woman, laughed in our faces afterward. When they finally gave us the key, I was managing my wife, our dog, and several bags. They didn’t offer to help carry anything or open the elevator door. The man just watched with his arms crossed while we were stuck at the elevator, still laughing at us. A very bad experience with the staff.

The room was fine, and the bathroom had a slight smell, but it was tolerable and didn’t cause a major problem. The staff were polite and friendly. I’m not blaming the hotel for what happened, but I hope it will consider banning the guest involved, or that the reporting system can help prevent this happening to others. I stayed from the 6th to the 7th, hoping to sleep after a long motorcycle trip. Between two and three in the morning, loud music and singing from room 203 next to my room, 202, woke me up. I knocked once and got no answer, so the noise carried on. When I knocked again and politely asked them to be quiet, they apologized and agreed, then shut the door forcefully, which felt rude. The music went on for nearly half an hour more. I couldn’t fall asleep until 4 AM and had to get up early to check out, so I didn’t get enough rest. Best regards,
Sophie B.
The room was dirty, run down, and had only the bare minimum amenities. The garbage bin was broken, the bidet sprayer looked like it had never been cleaned and needed replacing, the faucet was broken, and there was barely any warm water. I found hair on the floor, an odd smell, mold along the door frame, and stains on the towels. The lock felt flimsy, and we didn’t feel secure. The place looked nothing like the pictures. I’m usually pretty chill and don’t get upset easily, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. You’re taking a risk. After going out in the city, we came back to find our curtains open, though neither of us had opened them. We both noticed something seemed off, but couldn’t work out what. At our next stop, we discovered that more than six hundred dollars we’d hidden in both bags was gone. Whoever entered the room appeared to pick the locks and put our things back. I’m very disappointed. In response to the owner: we turned our luggage inside out. This isn’t an allegation, our money was stolen from your building. I had cash in an envelope, in a particular spot on my suitcase, for a Buddhist meditation retreat we were going to. My friend also had retreat money in her bag, and hers was stolen too, 2000 baut and at least 200 in usd. We only realized the money was gone after checking out and reaching Cambodia. We would absolutely have raised it at the hotel if we’d noticed sooner. We went nowhere between your hotel and the airport, and our luggage stayed with us the whole time. Since the curtains were open, we think someone may have entered through the window. The ledge along the back of the building would make it easy to get in and out. Do you have cctv covering that area? The problems I described in the room were already there when we arrived, not caused by housekeeping. We didn’t need housekeeping.

For the price, everything was just right during my two-week stay. The staff were great, the rooms stayed clean, and I didn’t see any bugs. I recommend it if you’re looking for the most budget-friendly option.
