An absolute nightmare, and after being a frequent guest, I won’t come back. I booked in advance and called personally 2-3 times to confirm everything, including the agreed price. When I arrived, the male night-shift receptionist brushed me off, said there was no booking, and didn’t properly check the system. Then he tried to make me pay an extra fee for a “remaining room” at a higher rate than the one confirmed. When I explained what had happened, he was aggressive, stared at me hostilely, and said, “It’s not my fault.” He made no effort to fix it and had a toxic attitude. It’s shocking that a hotel would employ someone with such a lack of service mind. This place has gone downhill and clearly doesn’t care about loyal customers. If you value your mental health and money, stay away.

I’ve been staying at Synsiri 3 for at least five years, and it’s the only hotel I use in Bangkok. The staff are always polite, friendly, and willing to help make the stay great. The service has been exceptional every time. The location is fantastic, with everything I need nearby, including the MRT Yellow Line 300 meters down the road. Thanks to all the staff at Synsiri 3. You’re awesome, and I’ll be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It’s a safe place to stay, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is good, near Big C and markets. There are lots of hidden gems in this part of Bangkok if you’re willing to look.
