The Airport Courtyard Suvarnabhumi Airport

The suites are spacious, though some have a bad smell. The location is handy, about 1.4 km or a 20-minute walk from Robinson's lifestyle mall, where you can find pretty much anything. Breakfast has several choices, but every morning you have to get a ticket from reception, which makes you feel like they think you're going to steal it. Restaurant prices are outrageous, B145-195 for a simple Thai main course. Near the pool, they put out of service signs on the bathrooms so they don't have to clean them. You have to walk back to your room wet, and could slip on the way.

We feel completely ripped off. It’s tacky, and seems to copy the name of the Marriott across the road. Wouldn’t surprise me if they were a subsidiary. I’ve stayed in better zero-star hotels, and the airport transfer only runs once an hour.

The pool was a huge hit with my three little girls. It has both deep and shallow sections, so even my 19-month-old could walk around on her own. We didn't go out because we just wanted to rest, and we could order from the restaurant until 11pm or use Grab delivery. The breakfast buffet runs from 7-10am. We didn't get there until late after being awake until 5am, but the staff let us eat and take our time. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. This was my first trip home in seven years and my daughters' first time, so my husband booked the hotel for us to rest after the long flight before visiting my family. We had a happy, fun stay. Airport staff were kind and helped with my things, and the free shuttle was so convenient. At the hotel, everyone was lovely and helpful, especially when we arrived after 1am with three exhausted little girls. Our room was clean and tidy, with free water, tea, coffee, easy Wi-Fi, and big comfy beds. I was craving papaya salad, and one of the staff helped order it on his app. He was amazing, and I got my delicious salad at nearly 3am before bed 😊 Really good customer service from our family, hats off!

Getting in touch with the hotel was a disaster. They didn't answer my texts, emails, or anything, and I couldn't find out how the shuttle worked. I ended up paying for a taxi. My room looked onto a pigeon nest and the wall of the next building, about three metres away.
