Training Asia Test Hotel (Only for L&D OPS)

Breakfast was delicious, with a huge range and lots of vegetarian choices. The pool was beautiful, and taking the river boat shuttle was a great experience and a fun way to see that part of this incredible city. We stayed on the 32nd floor, and both the room and the view were beautiful. The one thing I’d change is the TV, I wish it were a smart TV so I could use Netflix. Still love this place!

My favorite part was the gym. It’s small, but the equipment is good quality. The hotel was good value for the price, and the lobby had a pleasant feel with a quiet cafe area where I could work. My room had a separate living room and bedroom, a large bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and a small but nice balcony. The interiors looked a little old, but everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were kind, remembered our names, and were always happy to chat. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh hot dishes, fruit, and pastries. Some mornings the room got crowded and loud, with a few hundred guests coming from all seven towers, but staff did their best to keep things running smoothly. The shared pool was insanely packed with loud families and children, so it was impossible to enjoy. I wish there were a separate area for people wanting to relax. Without that issue, I’d rate the hotel five stars. I also didn’t enjoy the three meals I ordered much, the room service and restaurant food was very average.

The people who made the stay memorable were Aomsin, Ton, PP, and the FO Team. Their warmth, professionalism, and care with the details deserve special thanks. The location was excellent, with things easy to reach, while the hotel itself stayed calm and relaxing. Dining was high standard too, with fresh, varied, delicious food at breakfast and elsewhere. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with clear attention to quality. I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed, better than I can remember doing in a long time. From the moment I arrived, staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. They handled every request quickly and with a smile. The hotel went well beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

We spent three lovely weeks at Chatrium Sathon, and the people there made it special. The breakfast and reception teams, house service staff, gardeners, porters, everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast spread was extensive and well presented, and Flow Bar was a great spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The cocktails were remarkable. Our clean, comfortable room also came with the unexpected bonus of a washing machine, which was super useful. The gym was excellent, well kept, and fitted with quality equipment. We loved our stay and fully intend to return sometime.
