I left disappointed by the service. Staff weren’t attentive, requests took too long to get a response, and the professionalism fell short of what I expected. It affected my stay quite a bit. I hope the hotel improves its service standards for future guests.

We arrived for a room we had booked, only to be told there was nothing available because they’d forgotten to cancel the reservation. Terrible service, they spoiled my mood. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

For a budget hotel, the location is great, and the night and morning staff were nice to me. My room was small, like the hotel, but enough for me and my little chihuahua. They charged 500 Baht per night for the dog. I could hear someone snoring in the next room, though it didn’t bother me much. Light sleepers should keep that in mind. The hangers felt flimsy, so be careful, and none of the soap or conditioner dispensers worked. Prepare yourself for that. If you’re laid-back and want a budget place in a good location that allows pets, it could work. If you need somewhere neater and quieter, I’d look elsewhere.

The area felt grimy, and the staff were unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend it even if the beds had matched the listing. I had an Agoda booking confirmed for a 3BR Deluxe City View with 3 King beds, but when I arrived that wasn’t what they provided, and they absolutely refused to fix it. They later changed the listing to favor themselves and deny my refund.
