ZAYN Phrom Phong Hotel - Near Skytrain Phrom Phong Station

The room was great, and the reception staff were friendly and really helpful. It's in an amazing location. I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Bangkok.

The hotel is surrounded by malls, restaurants, bars, and spas, with a 7 11 and a bus stop just a few meters away. My room had a great view of Esphere mall and plenty of space. The manager/receptionist was very helpful, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. I stayed recently and had a wonderful time.

The staff member was super friendly and welcoming, and spoke English. The fridge worked well, and the aircon got cold, though it leaked. The bed was very hard, but at least it didn't squeak. The sofa looked nice, but it wasn't stable or comfortable. There were several mosquitoes in the room when I arrived. The toilet was really cramped, its door wouldn't close properly, and only two hangers were provided. The TV didn't work. The confusing two-way light switches were a mess, and some switches didn't work at all. The windows were shut but did nothing to reduce the road noise, and the aircon compressors blocked all of them. It looked good after filtering the photos. Probably worth paying a bit more for another hotel nearby.

The beds were fairly comfortable, and the location right beside Emsphere is convenient. But the photos were misleading. The place looked good online and was really bad in person. Trip.com said laundry was provided, but it wasn't. Terrible. My friends were on the second floor, which was the worst option. Their room smelled strongly of weed because there was a weed shop downstairs, the aircon leaked, and traffic from the main road right outside could be heard. I was on the third floor. At check-in there was a whole issue with my door lock not working, so we had to use a key instead. The toilet flush was also very wonky.
