The room was worth four or five stars for the price. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the bathroom was fine, though the water pressure was a bit low. Getting around took a Grab fairly often, since there wasn’t much within walking distance. Some employees were on their phones and didn’t greet me or even look over as I came in or walked out. I don’t mind them using their phones, but a quick hello would’ve been nice. A kind woman welcomed me, and the employee at checkout was kind too, but the hospitality was lacking at other times, so I can’t give five stars. The room itself was fine, but the location and those interactions make this a three-star stay for me.

There are inexpensive, handy local restaurants within walking distance, plus a nice little coffee and Thai tea shop right next door. The place was super clean, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great, warm, and helpful. I’d definitely stay again on my next trip to Chiangmai!

Set in a quiet residential area, the hotel gives you a feel for local life. It’s not far from the city centre and easy to reach by taxi, with a few cafes within walking distance. My room was neat and clean, and the service staff were friendly and helpful.

The service was lovely, and the location is very good. It’s so clean, too. Each floor has a station with as much free drinking water as you need, plus another hot drink. I love the powerful hair dryer.
