We had an issue with a travel agency, and the staff helped us get some money back. That was amazing. They’re friendly, nice, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a private bathroom, luggage storage room, large main room, TV, fridge, desk, and fan. We really liked it and would come back anytime. Recommendable :-)

Nothing but courtesy and respect from the owner and her neighbors. They were so kind and helpful during our stay, and I feel like we became good friends. I loved being near the old city wall. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in Chiang Mai, and I’d recommend this place.

The room was nice enough, though not especially comfortable. Still, it had what I needed, a bed and a fan. It can be hard to find the owner, so make sure you arrive during the specific hours and get all your questions and requests sorted at check-in.

The receptionist is only available at certain times, and getting in touch remotely isn’t always easy, which is why I took off a star. Otherwise, it’s a quiet spot near the old city center, the Sunday market, and a few temples. Chiang Mai Wat is just two minutes away.
