The location is good, and the area is quiet, though the hard surfaces make the hallways loud. The pillows were very good and didn’t flatten when I lay down, but there was only one per single bed. You get what you pay for. The WiFi was terrible, and there wasn’t an iron or ironing board anywhere on the premises, a first for me in all my travels. The old-fashioned metal keys fit into the doorknob. The power load was so low that I tripped a breaker within 15 minutes. There was no hot water at the bathroom sink, and the shower pressure was mediocre with a clogged showerhead. Toiletries were minimal, and there were only large towels. The beds were very, very firm. They supplied a hair dryer, but there was no socket near a mirror. The whole stay felt cheap and mildly uncomfortable to someone used to the normal, modern conveniences of Holiday Inn Expresses. I wouldn’t recommend Vista Hotel to anyone who needs or enjoys those.

My main complaint is how poorly the rooms block sound. If a neighbor talks loudly, especially after midnight, you can hear their voice echo in your room. Otherwise, the rooms look new and are fantastic, clean and comfortable, with everything working. The staff are friendly.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and fresh, and the stay was very affordable. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return on our next trip to Chiang mai. Highly recommend!

The location is perfectly central but still quiet, with no traffic noise. The place is clean and serviced daily, and the WiFi is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place.

There’s a night market just 200 meters away, and the Night Bazaar is an 8-minute Grab or motorbike ride. The location is peaceful but convenient. Our room at Vista Hotel was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always checking we had what we needed. Highly recommended, it was a fantastic stay in Chiang Mai.
