My room was on the small side, and I could have used some cupboard or shelf space. There was a large desk and a comfortable chair, though, and I'd stay here again if I'm in Hat Yai. The Get Guesthouse2 is one of the nicest and quietest hotels I've stayed in. It's on a very peaceful street, and there's calm music playing in the lobby. The place is very clean, the staff are extremely helpful, and the location is brilliant. I especially liked the water dispenser as it cuts down on plastic, plus there's a free 24-hour corner with coffee and snacks.

They top up fresh towels, drinking water, and toilet paper each day even if you haven't asked for housekeeping. Bread and drinks are available free throughout the day, too. The hotel is very clean and well looked after, with warm, friendly front desk service. It's in a prime spot within walking distance of the market and easy to get to. A comfortable, thoughtful stay.

We stayed in 2024 before the flood and came back after Hatyai recovered in 2026. The first floor had been completely flooded, but there's no visible sign of damage now. The hotel has recovered fully and is still keeping up its quality, maybe even improving it. It's a very clean and comfortable place, which explains why it's often fully booked. The front desk staff are always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and there's an elevator.

We enjoyed staying here and would happily come back. The hotel isn't on the main road, so it was quiet and peaceful. There was no deposit, and they didn't keep our passports, just photocopied them. The location is convenient, with two 7E stores, Kimyong Market, and halal restaurants nearby. Grab pickups were easy. We had a connecting room that wasn't very spacious, but it was fine and clean when we arrived. A hairdryer was provided. The lift is small, with room for only about 3-4 people. Malaysian plugs are available, so as a Malaysian I didn't need to bring a universal adapter.

I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. The location is great, the rooms are lovely and super clean, and the bed and pillows are really comfortable. The staff are lovely too, and they provide complimentary coffee, water, and snacks.
