Cute cats wander around everywhere, and the owner is really nice and helpful. The room had what I needed, including a fridge, kettle, and a rack for drying towels. For students looking for an inexpensive place near the university, I’d recommend it. Restaurants, a 7/11, a laundry place, and plenty more are close by. 10/10, would recommend!

It’s clean and good value. A nice choice if you’d rather be away from the busy beaches, though Patong is 10 km away and the mountainous road there is something to consider.

The mattress and pillows were good, we slept well, and there wasn’t any noise. The receptionist was polite and always smiling, and the hotel is in a very good location. But I’m surprised by the housekeeping, and I don’t think the owners know what’s happening. The bed linens were dirty. When the room cleaner offered to clean and we declined because we were checking out the next day, she gave us disgruntled looks and stuck her tongue out. Her behavior was astonishing and very strange. The shower was extremely hot even on its lowest heat setting, which seems like a huge waste of energy. If the housekeeping worker’s behavior could be improved, the price wouldn’t feel so high. I hope she corrects these issues so guests are satisfied, and I wish her all the best.

The rooms are old and the furniture is broken, though the bedding was clean. The location is very convenient, but that’s the only positive I found. We rented a room for a month. The manager gave us a receipt, took a deposit equal to one month’s rent, didn’t give us a contract, and didn’t provide meter readings. At checkout she kept the refundable deposit without explaining why. We contacted the tourist police, who helped us get it back after deducting electricity, water, and cleaning costs. She told the police we had insulted her and tried to get us charged, but they dismissed it because we hadn’t insulted her and there was no evidence. The manager was very rude and unfriendly, and I believe she was cheating us. We don’t recommend staying here. If there’s a dispute, don’t be afraid to contact the police, but do it before your departure date. The police number is 1155.
