I spent over a month here across two apartments. It's a pleasant, fairly quiet spot, with large balconies and nice apartments. The sunsets are amazing. But the people managing some units didn't fix things when we asked, so our fan and TV were out of order for most of the stay. On the top floor the water pressure is really low, which makes showering awful.
