We slept soundly in clean beds in this renovated wooden house, which is over 100 years old and raised off the ground. There are two bedrooms, one inside and another outside, plus a living room that can fit almost ten people. No air conditioning, but it has all the other appliances. The bathroom was spotless, and there were no mosquito nets or screens, yet we didn't need them. Bikes are free to use, and motorbikes can be rented. The uncle and aunt were kind, and the other guests were friendly, so it felt like a warm homestay. In the morning, we had a big pot of pork porridge and local salad that the uncle had picked up at the market. Before we left, the aunt gave each of us a T-shirt and said, “I can't print it fast enough.” ☺️ So lovely. I'd definitely return if I get the chance. The village has the best air quality in Thailand.
