The air conditioning doesn’t work, and cleaning it keeps getting postponed. Communication and work from management are incredibly slow. The management staff are nice, but the owner should pay more attention to residents instead of just thinking about making money. If they don’t care about residents, they shouldn’t have opened the building. Please settle discussions before telling residents what’s happening. The fitness center is closed due to COVID-19 (lol). It’s ridiculous. The whole situation is awful. Anyone considering staying here should think carefully, then think again.

The bathroom is old and leaks when it rains, and the sink drain plug is broken. There are no hangers, just a wardrobe, and the outlets for charging phones are far from the bed. After 10 pm, the door opens and closes by itself, and there’s no security guard or anyone watching. Aside from that, it’s just okay for getting through the day. The parking rules feel unfair. I don’t know whether customers with cars and motorcycles pay the same rental fees, but parking my motorcycle was a big hassle. I couldn’t use the covered area and had to put it in a storage shed for shade, even though it rains every day and there’s plenty of covered parking with only 3-4 cars using it each day. Why be so stingy when I’m not staying for free? Daily cleaning is ridiculous. If they don’t have anything to use, they leave things as they are. They provide two bottles of water, but if I drink one, they refill only the other. Other places refill both. The blankets are the same ones, just rearranged.

The room’s air conditioner doesn’t cool well because it’s in a bad spot, and the bed was so hard it hurt my back. I ordered food, but the staff left the door open and the cat ate it. The dorm was terrible. Students and tourists should pick somewhere else.
