Citin Armoni Patong Hotel by Compass Hospitality

I stayed here from 22-28 October 2023. It's a good, affordable option if you aren't looking for luxury, and I would stay again when I visit Phuket next year. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the air conditioners work well. The location feels safe, is about 120 meters from the beach, and is in what could be considered the center of Patong, close to all kinds of activities. The reception closes at 21:00. The boss's nephew, who works at the front desk, was professional and solved problems, though not very friendly. They offer tours at a fair price.

I was a little unsure when I first arrived, but seeing the room quickly put me at ease. I stayed from 11/10/23 to 11/16/23 and loved the hotel. The two young women who handled my laundry did a great job, returning it the same day, smelling amazing and neatly folded. Room cleaning was done daily, just the minimum, which was enough for me as I was traveling alone. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all about a 2-minute walk away. I'm planning a 2024 trip and will rebook for two weeks. Very much recommended.

There’s plenty around the hotel, from bars and massages to food and weed, and I had a nice stay. Just expect a few small issues: the locker wasn’t working, and the shower handle and curtain were faulty. They fixed those the next day.

I’m rating the tour booking, not the rooms. I stopped by while walking past, and the older woman seemed kind, so I gave it a try. She suggested a reasonably priced tour that turned out well, and she speaks English well. I heard the B&B rooms aren’t very good, though, so spend a little more for a nicer place to stay.
