The location is good, close to the party areas and shopping mall, and not far from patong beach. But an older man told me that the hotel doesn't allow ladyboy guests inside.

Before booking, I went by and asked whether there was TV, YouTube, and Wi-Fi. They said there was. But after I arrived, logged in, and paid, they told me those were only available on mobile. Mobile internet does work, of course, but the whole thing was extremely annoying.

For nightlife, parties, and fun, Patong is the place to be. The hotel staff were really friendly, and I'd definitely recommend this location to my friends.

The waiters were rude and the service was slow. The food was only average, especially for how expensive it was.

Really good prices and staff, and it's close to Bangla road. The restaurant was very good too.
