The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole place was kept very clean. Pool area was good and well maintained. This is a relaxed spot in chaotic Patong, handy for exploring Patong and Karon, though it's a little far from patong beach. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff are extremely friendly. The street out front stays alive until 2 o'clock, and felt perfectly safe for late night walks. Noise shouldn't be a problem unless you're a very light sleeper. You can ask for a room away from the main road if you'd like to avoid it.

We felt very safe here, and I'd book again without hesitation. We moved over from another hotel at midnight on the day we arrived. The night manager was kind and attentive, helping with our suitcase all the way to the room without being asked. The staff were lovely, and the wonderful housekeepers cleaned thoroughly every day. The pool-facing room had plenty of space, and this place felt like a little oasis in the city. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic, with the best Pad Thai in town. Even if you don't stay, go for the food. There's also a little pub downstairs, a supermarket opposite, and the best pizza two minutes away on foot. Other guests have been coming back each year, with some staying for 3 months and some 3 weeks. That speaks for itself. If you don't want a big resort and would rather have a peaceful, well looked after stay, don't hesitate to book. Thank you for all you did for us 😊

We booked on the day and got a spacious room overlooking the pool, with a lovely balcony. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and couldn't do enough for us. We felt very safe. The area is close to everything, but just far enough from the strip's huge hustle and bustle.

One of the best value for money options you can find. The ladies working there are all great. They rent scooters too, which makes things easy. There are ATMs, bars, and restaurants in the area.
