The Unity & The Bliss Patong Residence

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a calm, luxurious feel. After a long flight, it was just the sort of place where we could relax and feel at home. The location is close to Patong and what you need, while still being quiet enough to rest. We arrived at The Unity & The Bliss Patong Residence straight from the airport, starting our honeymoon and our first hotel stay in Thailand with a lovely welcome. The staff were kind, cheerful, and attentive to the details. They’d arranged the bed especially for our honeymoon, a personal gesture that touched us. Neeny was wonderful, always available, smiling, and genuinely caring, and made us feel so welcome. This hotel really understands guests, especially honeymooners. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are grateful to the staff for such an exciting start to our trip. We’ll definitely return.

The apartments are high quality, very comfortable, and have excellent air conditioning, which you really need. The office staff are accommodating and help with information, anything you need, and arranging transfers. From the rooftop infinity pool, you can look over the surrounding districts toward the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. There are lots of places to eat very close by. The Unity in Patong Phuket feels like an oasis amid Patong’s chaos, and I’d happily stay again.

We’ve been here about 20 days, and it’s been hard to get any peace. Nearly every morning, loud drilling or hammering from maintenance wakes us up. We’ve complained several times, but nothing has changed and the noise keeps happening daily. Management doesn’t seem to take guest comfort seriously. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay, this isn’t the place.
