Wan and Doha at the front desk really made my stay. I’d booked two nights, then decided at the last minute to add one more. Reception told me the price, but also honestly suggested I check online in case I could get a better rate. I appreciated that. After I booked online, Doha spotted that I’d chosen a lower-category room without a balcony, though I’d been staying in one with a balcony and wanted to keep it. Doha and Wan understood and let me stay in the better room at the lower online price, even though they didn’t have to. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, including the welcoming housekeeping staff. The service was excellent throughout, and I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya. I can’t say anything bad about the place. Thank you, Wan and Doha, for making it so enjoyable. 😊

From December 21, 2025, to January 29, 2026, I stayed again at the Hotel Adelphi in Pattaya. As usual, it was an excellent stay, with a lovely family-like feeling. Many thanks to the whole team led by Ms.Boyd, and especially the receptionists Ms. Klang, Ms. Wan, Ms. Jeab and the cleaning staff Ms. Pae, Ms. Ae, Ms. Kai and Ms. Ning. The location is perfect, with nightlife, shopping centers, and the beach all an easy walk away. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Until then, I wish everyone all the best.

Klang at reception was very helpful, and Pae and Nid on the 5th floor cleaned my room and helped me when needed. I had an enjoyable stay at Adelphi. The room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop pool was a relaxing spot. I’d recommend the hotel and would consider staying again on my next trip.

Jum and Rat, the room attendants, were thorough and lovely, and the staff were professional. The rooms aren't large, but they're comfortable. The pool is nice, though the facilities need improvement, and it would be good to have food and drinks available up there. The gym has so little equipment that you can't get a full-body workout. Prices have gone up since last year, almost double at times. Still, it was a good experience.
