Easy Planet Pattaya

Getting around Pattaya was easy from Easy Planet Hotel, with attractions, restaurants, and entertainment spots nearby. The staff were warm, friendly, and ready to help, which made me feel welcome. My room was cozy, clean, and well looked after, with what I needed to relax after exploring the city. I was happy with the stay and found it comfortable.

The room felt more like a closet than a place to stay. Once my suitcase was down, there was hardly room to walk around the bed, which was a poor level of comfort for the price. I stayed for two weeks and was frustrated to find there was no fridge or coffee setup, and this hadn't been disclosed. I had to eat out or find alternatives, which was costly and impractical. When I asked management for a refund so I could move elsewhere, they refused any compensation or solution, leaving me feeling stuck for the whole stay. My experience at Red Planet Pattaya was a nightmare, with the missing amenities and refusal to help. I'd tell others to avoid it and look elsewhere.

Housekeepers cleaned my room every day, and the service met my expectations. The room was clean and had basic supplies, though no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. The air conditioner made some noise but didn't disturb my sleep. At a fair price in a touristy area, that was okay. The beach is about 1 km away, close enough for me to walk.

The location is handy for getting around on the baht bus, and the hotel is guest friendly. Staff were really nice. My room was small, but modern and cozy, smelled good, and had both a/c and a ceiling fan. They don't supply bottled water, though you can refill your own downstairs or get hot water. There's taobin, plus two lobby computers guests can use, something I haven't seen at a hotel before.
