You can sit in the ground floor area at night with a beer, and it's cheaper to get one at 7-Eleven for around B40 than pay B80–B100 at the bar. There's a ground floor restaurant, but it closes after 3 p.m. The breakfast is basic, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're after dining or a breakfast buffet. We tried to order pizza from the main menu, but it wasn't available because the chef was on leave. The location is great, a short walk from Bangla Road and the beach, with restaurants, bars, and a 7-Eleven all around. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and worth the price. Friendly, helpful staff made the stay better.

The hotel is clean and good, and the staff are nice. Late checkout fees are unreasonably high. They have luggage storage, but they don't tag the bags or give you a receipt. I'm not sure if that's a Thailand thing. In every other country, I've had my bags tagged and been given a token.

I stayed here last month and had a really bad experience. The room wasn’t clean, and breakfast wasn’t self-service. The front office manager also charged an extra 500 TBH for a new guest. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

The pool was a nice place to unwind after a day out, and breakfast had a good selection. Patong Hemingways Hotel has a relaxed feel, with clean, roomy rooms and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and quick to help. It’s also a convenient spot, just a short walk from Patong Beach and the nightlife. I had a comfortable stay and thought it was good value.

The rooftop pool and comfortable beds were highlights, and my room was clean. Staff were professional and friendly, too. The hotel sits close to all the Patong action, but far enough off to feel peaceful. I was genuinely impressed with my stay last month. It seems to be back on top form.
